Free from a cell 掙脫牢籠

No matter
who we are, or
where we reside.....

if we are not satisfied with what we have,
that is indeed a prison
which make us bored, lonely and frustrated.

Contentment,
freed us from inner jailhouse,
but
never stopped us to elevate our quality of living
by right livelihood and right effort.

不論
我們是誰，或
身在何處⋯⋯

一旦我們不知足，
那實是給我們帶來
厭倦、孤獨、挫敗的
牢獄

知足，
讓我們掙脫內在束縛，
但
從不阻止我們以
正命和正精進
去提升我們的生命品質。
