Never handle any situation with chaotic mind.
Rush, will make thing worse.
Why not try cooling and tranquilizing ourselves by
listen deeply to our innermost voices ——
the feeling, the thought and the volition.
Then, recite the Four Truths over and over again in our heart:
all conditioned phenomena are impermanent
all conditioned phenomena are marked by suffering
all conditioned phenomena lack a self
there is such a thing as nirvāṇa.
The sedative mind will yield soothing voice,
which combined with our previous experiences and feelings intuitionally.
The solution comes from our deepest intimation
will always more valuable, efficient and compelling.
問題來了,別急於處理!
急,只不過是用煩惱心去將問題越滾越大,
把局面越弄越遭。
先靜下心來,
聽一聽自己身心發出的聲音 —— 感受、觀點與期待。
然後再把佛陀演說的四法印,
一遍又一遍,誦讀再誦讀:
諸行無常、諸受是苦、諸法無我、涅槃寂靜。
讓沈澱的心說話,
由它告訴我們解決問題的方案。
發自沉靜心的方法,將是最有效的,
因為它直覺地結合了過往的經驗與感受。
因此想解決問題,
非靠外在而是向己內心覓求!
