We tend to trap by atta-diṭṭhi / ātma-dṛṣṭi, the prejudiced view points easily.
For instance, self-comparison, self-negating, self-disparaging, self-criticizing etc.
The only way to diminish them, is by simply KNOWING and SEEING.
Let awareness took place to eliminate those irrational thoughts.
我們很容易禁錮於自己的偏見中。
例如:自我比較、自我否定、自我貶抑、自我譴責等等。
「知是」與「看是」是削弱它們的唯一途徑。
讓「覺知」取代不如理思惟吧!
