awareness and inclusiveness
without deep contemplating?
How can we grow
loving-kindness and forgiveness
without full understanding?
Recollecting ANATTĀ
to purify the defiled heart,
or perhaps,
Watching BREATH
to calm the uneasy mind.
Perceive the inner peace, we will,
when we go deeper and deeper.
Mindfulness and concentration
on the right path
will lead us to the
full contemplating and deep understanding.
缺乏了觀察,

哪來的慈愛和寬恕?
憶念「無常」
讓染心變清淨;
或,
守護「呼吸」
讓亂心得平靜。
由淺入深地練習
讓我們經歷內在的寧與淨。
正念與正定
